This team make up part of the wider Deals team who collectively bring deep industry experience and international networks to help businesses succeed from deal concept to deal close. What you’ll do: Providing high quality financial due diligence reporting Identifying key value drivers such as financial, commercial and operational insights to build confidence for our clients and help them reach their objectives Driving financial analysis on buy and sell side due diligence engagements Adopting emerging technologies into the way you work. We have innovative tools across our business, enhancing the client experience on engagements as well as providing you with access to opportunities to continue developing your digital IQ and capabilities Leveraging our integrated offering and increasing your brand eminence across Deals Conducting sector research and assisting with the development of thought leadership What we’re looking for: Solid technical skills in financial analysis, having worked in transaction services or in a corporate environment . Commercially focused and passionate about understanding deal transactions and its unique value drivers .
